As a small business owner with just enough tech skill to get myself into trouble, I count on 2twinsdesign for a wide range of web support services. I have found their expertise and range of services to be on par with the bigger (and much higher-priced) firms, but with the kind of rapid response and personal touch that I need to keep my business growing. 2twinsdesign has been my go-to for everything from SEO to online form design, and they have NEVER let me down.

2 twins responsiveness is fabulous!
We have been working with 2 Twins Design for 7 months to build our winery website and winery mobile application and they are both more beautiful and elegant than we imagined. Every time we have reached out to them for design changes and/or corrections they have responded within hours and never longer than 1 day - 2 twins responsiveness is fabulous!
We are also choosing to work with them on a continual basis for other points of integration, SEO, and product/site maintenance. I would highly recommend them for ANY website you choose to have built by real talented web designers.
Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
2 Twins is absolutely top rate. Since day one, they have guided me and my limited online knowledge and developed and cared for our website as if it were their own. I know NOTHING about web design or maintenance, but the twins do, and they have made my life incredibly easy. They make me look good, which is a feat!

Terrific design concepts and outcomes
What I can tell you is that they are very astute and can do just about anything you ask. Both Amy and Lisa Carr (they really are twin sisters) have a very strong design background, and they are very responsive, extremely consultative and very affordable. We’ve always been happy with their work.
They bring about a large range of skills and perspectives, which are tremendously strong elements in their approach – their clients include local businesses & organizations in their community, as well as larger companies throughout the region. We believe that they handle their design projects in a very responsive and focused manner with terrific design concepts and outcomes. Personally, I see one of their greatest strengths as being able to provide a very strong “outside looking in” perspective on a website design strategy that ties in well with the business owners’ perspectives & strategies. They see and think of things that those “locked in” to an industry mindset may not see. This is a great aspect of website design and is a key reason for why we work with them and recommend their services. Every website is a unique proposition to them – they use a “cookie-cutter” approach wisely, but they add unique elements to everything they do. One other important factor: it’s clear that they are wholly engaged and they love what they do. These are all key reasons why we choose to work with them and recommend their talent to others.

I contacted 2 Twins Design, Lisa and Amy, to design a family heritage/memoir I authored for the current family and future generations. Due to many questions from family members, it grew incrementally, far from what I originally envisioned not only in text but in the number of photos and their accompanying captions. Lisa and Amy were patient with me as I injected additional challenges requiring several tweaks and edits. I am not a professional writer, by any means, and occasionally had to turn to Lisa and Amy as they were preparing the book for printing. They responded to my questions and requests without delay. They made excellent suggestions - most of which I adopted in the final and timely deliverable. 2 Twins suggested layout and format which was lovely, adding appropriate heading script and very tasteful text boxes. In addition, the entire document was infused with an assortment of attractive color shades bringing the document to life. I didn't need to change a thing. They did a fantastic job!

Amy & Lisa (aka 2 Twins Design) are phenomenal. I have used their services for many many years. The helped design my website and have managed it as well. My site, www.DrNick.com (a health & wellness related site), gets tremendous amounts of traffic (especially when I had a best-selling book and a nationwide PBS television special). My site is complex with lots of features including a blog. Amy & Lisa have constantly updated my site and handle routine and regular maintenance. They also migrated me to a Wordpress format when my old site was getting obsolete. I handle minor site tweaks and provide all content but 2 Twins assures that everything runs flawlessly. They are highly responsive (most times immediately), extremely honest and quite reasonably priced. I attribute the success of my site in large part to them, and highly recommend them. Anyone using 2 Twins will not be disappointed.

Our second & present website (ancientartifice.com) was created about 9 years ago. We gave them the raw content and they created an eye catching, easy to navigate website for our customers. Professional & Reasonable
Once we saw the quality of service provided by 2 Twins Design , we terminated our website maintenance agreement with the original MLI webmaster and had 2 Twins re- design and maintain our website. Amy and Lisa are very professional and they always deliver the content in a very timely fashion. Additionally, their rates are also very reasonable, which is an important consideration for a non-profit our size in the DC area.
